USCAC members we understand that nominating yourself for an award is strange, but we have such a diversified member base, we can’t keep track of all your incredible achievements, and we want to recognise your hard work.

**Eligibility – Athlete must have been a USCAC member in the 21/22 season and have renewed their 22/23 membership by Monday 17 October

All you or someone who nominates you needs to do is provide the following:
- Athlete Name
- Perpetual Award/s that the athlete would like to nominate for (athletes can nominate in more than one award)
- Best results for the 21/22 season – include the event/s & date/s eg QA state Championships &/or Australian Track & Field Championship results
- Did you represent USCAC in 21/22 eg QA State Relay Championships; or QA Cross Country Championships
- Write a brief overview of why you should be considered for the award

- Male Athlete Encouragement Award – MAJOR AWARD
- Female Athlete Encouragement Award – MAJOR AWARD
- Junior Male Athlete of the Year – *Special criteria – must have been Under 18 or younger in 21/22 season
- Junior Female Athlete of the Year – *Special criteria – must have been Under 18 or younger in 21/22 season
- Male Field Athlete of the Year
- Female Field Athlete of the Year
- Male Track Athlete of the Year
- Female Track athlete of the Year
- Male Track Distance Athlete of the Year
- Female Track Distance Athlete of the year
- Male Out of Stadia Athlete of the Year – *includes Road Race Walking; Road Race Running & Cross Country events sanctioned by AA / QA
- Female Out of Stadia Athlete of the year – *includes Road Race Walking; Road Race Running & Cross Country events sanctioned by AA / QA
- Male Para Athlete of the Year
- Female Para Athlete of the Year
USCAC Encouragement Awards:
Criteria – Regular attendance at mini meets or USCAC cross country. Competed in other club events eg Winter Carnival &/or Track Challenge. Represent USCAC at QA events such as Relay Championships & State Cross Country will be seen as favourable in these awards
- Male Junior Athlete Encouragement Award *Special criteria – must have been Under 18 or younger in 21/22 season
- Female Junior Athlete Encouragement Award *Special criteria – must have been Under 18 or younger in 21/22 season
- Male Senior Athlete Encouragement Award *Special criteria – must have been 18 – 29 in 21/22 season
- Female Senior Athlete Encouragement Award *Special criteria – must have been 18 – 29 in 21/22 season
- Male Masters Athlete Encouragement Award *Special criteria – Must have been 30 or older in 21/22 season
- Female Masters Athlete Encouragement Award *Special criteria – Must have been 30 or older in 21/22 season
