3000m – 6.45pm
800m – 7.30pm

Races include:

• 3000m – OPEN, 30+, U20, U16 and Para All AGES
• 100m – OPEN, 30+, U20, u16 and Para U17; Para OPEN & Para 30+
• 800m – OPEN, 30+, U20, U16 and Para U17; Para OPEN & Para 30+

M/F 3000m Para event will be an all ages race and place getters will be decided by first across the line

M/F 100m & 800m Para events will be U17, OPEN, 30+ and place winners will be decided using ‘T’ classification and baseline calculations.
