With over 15 years of my own running and a Level 2 Athletics Australia mid/distance accreditation. It was time to build on the great success and structured running at Track Attack. I will keep the fun social vibe as usual and travel to some great events locally or interstate with great support of our University Sunshine Athletics Club. Our training is as follows…

Tuesday 6am Marcoola:

  • 10km Tempo 4/4:15 min pace with warm up and cool down – free of charge

Tuesday 5pm at either (One on one coaching):

  • Alexandra Beach – 10 x hill sessions – $15 per session
  • OR Radar Hill, Nambour – 3 x 1.8km Reps – $15 per session

Wednesday 5.30pm University of the Sunshine Coast Athletics Track (Social Track Attack Night):

  • Consisting of week to week rotation – 600s; 800s; 1km; 1200s; 1600s; and pyramid sessions – Free of charge

Saturday 6.30am at either

  • A social parkrun Sunshine Coast location TBC –  free of charge
  • OR 3km or 5km time trial at the University –  free of charge

Sunday 5am Alex Surf Club 

Anywhere from 15km to 30km at a recovery pace ––  free of charge

Snap Gym Maroochydore (if wanting to complete work over)

  • 1 to 2 gym sessions, 1 pilates session and 1 stretch session – JUST LET ME KNOW

Just need to join the University Sunshine Coast Athletics Club (Base membership) Cost: $52 for the year

This covers your QA insurances and uni track fees and discounted x country and QA events … plus you get a free Track Attack run singlet
