With over 17 years of my own running, it was time to build on the great success and structured running at Track Attack from recreational runners to elite athletes.

I will keep the fun social vibe as usual and travel to some great events locally or interstate with great support of our University Sunshine Athletics Club. Our training is as follows…

Tuesday 6am Marcoola:

  • 10km Tempo 4.00/4:30 min pace with warm up and cool down – free of charge

Wednesday 5.15pm University of the Sunshine Coast Athletics Track

(Specific training or Social Track Attack Night):

  • Consisting of week-to-week rotation – 600s; 800s; 1km; 1200s; 1600s; fartlek and pyramid sessions – Free of charge
  • Speed work consisting of 100s/200s/400s – $15 per athlete visit

Saturday 6.30am at either

  • A social parkrun Sunshine Coast location – free of charge
  • OR 3km or 5km time trial at the University – free of charge

Sunday 5am Alex Surf Club 

Anywhere from 15km to 30km at a recovery pace – free of charge

 Private Coaching or Specific Event Training

 Which include workouts; run plans for upcoming events; year periodisation run planning and nutrition.  – $25 per athlete visit – most days by request

Snap Gym Maroochydore or O2 Gym Kawana Sports Hub

Plyometrics; flexibility; mobility and strength work conditioning and cross training

  • 1 to 2 gym sessions, 1 Pilates session and 1 stretch session – JUST LET ME KNOW
  • Recovery room of infra-red sauna/cold hot therapy spa and lactic pressure leg therapy

You just need to join the University Sunshine Coast Athletics Club (Base membership) Cost: $52 for the 23/24 year (Opens in Sept 23)

This covers your QA insurances and UniSC track fees and discounted Cross-country and USCAC events.
