Level 3 Performance Development Coach – Sprints, Hurdles, & Relays
Level 3 Performance Development Coach – Jumps
Level 2 Intermediate Club Coach
Level 1 Community Athletics Coach
IAAF Kids Athletics Coach
Certificate III in Fitness
Studying at present – Master functional Trainer; Movement Restoration Coach and Functional Breathing.

- UniSC Athletics Track
- Tuesdays 4 – 6pm
- Wednesday 4 – 6pm
- Thursday 4 – 6pm
- Saturday morning
About – Michael Menner
Sport and athletics have always been a focal point in my life initially as a junior track athlete and now as an invested little athlete parent and a school athletics-based coach.
I am employed by Athletics Australia to run Year 7 – 10 school athletics programs.
I have two sons who love athletics and I believe that it is important for kids and adults to be active while and having fun and developing their technique to bring out their best.
