USCAC volunteer committee run various MEETS throughout the year

These meets benefit local sunshine coast athletes & athletes from Brisbane and beyond. All have a nomination fee, that varies with the meet but USCAC athletes using a member discount code will pay a reduced fee. REFER BELOW

HOW TO NOMINATE FOR ALL USCAC MEETS: Nominations can ONLY be made through an online QA managed revolutioniseSPORT portal. The link to the ‘events nomination portal’ will be promoted via email; USCAC & QA website and USCAC FB.

Clicking on the promoted link will send you to the USCAC RevolutioniseSPORT events page. (This is when you will login to your member portal for discount code access.)

Then nominate for the chosen meet. A list of age appropriate events will be displayed. Select the event; add your PB (personal best result) and 1. Next – will take you to the payment page. In the discount code box – ADD MEMBER DISCOUNT CODE that has been promoted via email & USCAC website. Your final payment will be reduced.

If you DO NOT receive a conformational email from USCAC/revolutioniseSPORT, your nomination has NOT gone through – contact USCAC (0450 439 913) for advice.

MEMBER DISCOUNT CODE – HOW TO USE!

The code can only be used if the USCAC member nominates for the meet through their member portal. If the athlete nominates using their National ID number & surname discount code will NOT function.

This portal is accessed differently if your are using a phone or a computer screen.

PHONE SCREEN: Click on the promoted link, THREE LINES will be evident on the LHS of the phone screen. Click on these and ‘LOG IN’ to your member portal using your USERNAME & PASSWORD. Once logged in, you can then nominate as described above.

COMPUTER SCREEN: Click on the promoted link, the member ‘LOG IN’ button will be on the top RHS of the screen. Click on it and ‘LOG IN’ to your member portal using your USERNAME & PASSWORD. Once logged in, you can then nominate as described above.

MINI MEETS: These Tuesday night, approximately fortnightly meets run from Oct to March & again August to September. They are designed for athletes 10 & older and can be competitive. Results are published on the USCAC & QA websites and go straight up on USCAC Facebook page. Although competitive, training & coaching is strongly encouraged. The program & link to nominate will be emailed to members; are published on USCAC website & facebook page. Competing athletes will need to be a USCAC; QA or a QA affiliated club member, join USCAC to access meet fee discounts.

PROGRAM: Regular events – 60m; 100m; 200m; Shot Put; Long Jump & triple Jump. 400m/1500m & 800m/3000m and Discus/Javelin are rotated each fortnight. *Program is tight and NOT designed for athletes to compete in multiple event disciplines.

Our coaches can request special events: High Jump & Hurdles night. Member may request events but availability of officials & volunteers need to be taken into account


SUNSHINE COAST TRACK CHALLENGE: This event will be held in February.

SUNSHINE COAST WINTER CROSS COUNTRY SERIES: This Sunday morning five meet series runs from late March/early April to June. Athletes of all ages run in age appropriate XC distances at venues throughout the Sunshine Coast. Ages from 7 will need to be a USCAC; QA or affiliated QA club member. Join USCAC’s Winter Season Membership for meet fee discounts. Younger athletes can participate in a FREE 500m Fun Run. Medals are awarded for SERIES winners (*conditions apply)

USCAC WINTER TRACK & FIELD CARNIVAL: This carnival will be held in the last weekend of the June/July school holidays. It is open to all athletes from 8 to 75 and place medals will be given in all events.
