UniSc Athletics volunteer committee run various MEETS throughout the year

These meets benefit local sunshine coast athletes & athletes from Brisbane and beyond. All have a nomination fee, that varies with the meet but UniSC athletes logging into the member portal and using a member discount code will pay a reduced fee.
- Nominations can ONLY be made through an online QA managed revolutioniseSPORT website link. This event nomination link will be promoted via email; UniSC & QA websites and Facebook.
MEMBER DISCOUNT CODE – HOW TO LOG IN TO YOUR MEMBER PORTAL FOR DISCOUNT CODE VALIDATION
The member portal is accessed differently if your are using a phone or a computer screen.
PHONE SCREEN – After clicking on the nomination link, THREE LINES will be evident on the LHS of the phone screen. Click on these and ‘LOG IN’ to your member portal using your USERNAME & PASSWORD.
COMPUTER SCREEN – After clicking on the nomination link, the member ‘LOG IN’ button will be evident on the top right hand side of the computer screen. Click on it and ‘LOG IN’ to your member portal using your USERNAME & PASSWORD.
- A list of age appropriate events will be displayed.
- Select the event/s; add your PB (personal best result) and 1.
- After waivers, Next – will take you to the payment page.
- In the discount code box – ADD MEMBER DISCOUNT CODE that has been promoted via email & UniSC website. Your final payment will be reduced.
The code can only be used if the UniSC member nominates for the meet through their member portal. If the athlete nominates using their National ID number & surname discount code will NOT function. UniSC CAN NOT reimburse you, if you nominate incorrectly!.

MINI MEETS: These Tuesday night, approximately fortnightly meets run from Oct to March & again August to September. They are designed for athletes 10 & older and can be competitive. Results are published on the UniSC Athletics & QA websites on UniSC Facebook page.
Although competitive, training & coaching is strongly encouraged. The program & link to nominate will be emailed to members; are published on the website & Facebook. Competing athletes will need to be a UniSc Athletics; QA or a QA affiliated club member – Join UniSC Athletics to access meet fee discounts.
PROGRAM: Regular events – 60m; 100m; 200m; Shot Put; Long Jump & triple Jump. 400m/1500m & 800m/3000m and Discus/Javelin are rotated each fortnight. *Program is tight and NOT designed for athletes to compete in multiple event disciplines.
Our coaches & members can request special events: High Jump; Hurdles; walks &/or Hammer. But availability of officials & volunteers need to be taken into account
SUNSHINE COAST TRACK CHALLENGE: This annual event is held in February prior the 3000m State Championships.
SUNSHINE COAST WINTER CROSS COUNTRY SERIES: This Sunday morning five meet series runs from late March/early April to June. Athletes of all ages run in age appropriate XC distances at venues throughout the Sunshine Coast. Ages from 6 will need to be a UniSC; QA or affiliated QA club member.
UniSC open a Winter Season Membership in late March – Join UniSC Athletics Winter Season Membership for meet fee discounts. Younger athletes can participate in a FREE 500m Fun Run. Medals are awarded for SERIES winners (*conditions apply)
UNISC ATHLETICS WINTER TRACK & FIELD CARNIVAL: This carnival will be held in June/July lining up with the school holidays . It is open to all athletes from 8 to 75 and place medals will be given in all events.
