QA STATE RELAY TRACK & FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS:

DATE: Late November each year

LOCATION: State Athletics Facility, Nathan Brisbane

OPEN TO: USCAC member athletes U14 to 30+

MEDALS: Are awarded fo 1st, 2nd & 3rd placings

Events are usually 4x100m; 4x400m; 4x800m; 4x1500m. Field events, 3x Long Jump; 3x Shot Put; 3x Discus. The best field result from each athlete are added together for total team score.
